I don't care what the situation may be, and this is just my opinion, but I don't think you should have a license at all if you can't control yourself and not drink and drive which I think is absolutely despicable. I don't know how well a driver is monitored state to state and I would hope that your situation would stand out like a sore thumb and you would probably lose your license.
