    Will a substance that is water soluble also dissolve in dipropylene glycol??
    I am wodering if sodium metabisulfite will dissolve in dipropylene glycol??

    I don't think so. Sodium metabisulfide dissolves in polar solvents like water, but dipropylene glycol is non-polar, so, I'm practically certain that it won't dissolve. (from what I learned that is)
