Can smoking pot make me an unfit mother, also I'm in the process of being put on the medical pot. Just waiting on the last of the paper work. I have chronic back pain and other health issues.

Does smoking pot make me a unfit mother. My doctor has perscribed medical pot, but just waiting on the last paper work to come. But there way behind so is taking longer.

First of all, I'm not a lawyer. I think some of the lawyers will ask; Why do you think someone will call you an unfit mother? How old is your child and if this is for medical purposes who will babysit the child while you are smoking?

If a doctor prescribed it, why should that make any more difference then taking Vicodin under prescription? By itself, I doubt if that would be enough.

Hey a prescription makes it legal. Just like any other prescription don't abuse it...

However my advice for you is like cigarettes, don't smoke around kids. It's bad for 'em.
