Hi, I have a 3year old boy, who complained to me that he's penis was sore. I looked at it and it was swollen real bad, he had no trouble urinating or anything like that, it's the top end that was swollen, anyway I took him to the doctor and he said it was inside the penis and that he might have some sore of cysts inside or sumfin like that I'm not quite sure he has to have an ultrasound to get a proper diagnoses. Anyway when he got up this morning he's pants was went and it had white pastey substance and it was smelly. It had like little white clumps in he's pants. Can anyone tell me what it is or what is wrong with him please.
