My wife has chosen to leave after 15 up and down years and with 3 kids. My house for 13 years has been solely in my name because of her credit. Now she is working finally making good money and not helping out with the bills. More so I found out that she has had an affair. How can I kick her out legally? Please help

A couple of questions though, you say your wife has chosen to leave. Is she divorcing you but refuses to move out of the house? Or has she actually moved out and is attempting to lay claim to the house? The answer to those questions will help the people responding in the legal forum.

What you need to do is file for divorce. As part of the divorce proceedings your assets will be divided up. Once the house is awarded to you she will be required to leave.
