I am building a new house. The layout is basically the same as my old one. I had a piggyback system on the main level with a heat pump on the second level and a heat pump in the basement. All three systems had Ductworks, UV air purifier, on them. They were all Trane. My utility bills were always lower than everyone else I know. Is this the best layout or is there something better. I will definitely get an integrated air purification system.
