I am 21yr old, I have black dark spots on my face, also my lip is black but my body colour is wheatish, I want to clear my face and my neck. Can you suggest me what should I do at home or I have to take treatment from Dermatologist? I have taken treatment from Dermatologist for 8 months but I didn't find satisfied result from the treatment. Please suggest me.

I'm assuming you're referring to some sort of melanin problem, and not simple blackheads?

If the treatment a dermatologist gave you isn't working, maybe it would best to consult with him about other options since he's already familiar with your case? Or get a second opinion from another derm?

Maybe some kind of lightening cream could help you? I'm not familiar with any brands, so you might be better off asking in the Skin Lightening forum.
