I have a filed an eviction and part of the notice is a damage hearing for loss of rent and damage to property. I was wondering if
1) I can file a lean against their vehicles if they do not pay,as they do not own real estate. They do own a Monte Carlo Indy Pace Car and a harley Bike.
2) And where can I find this information ?

You cannot obtain a non-consensual lien on personal property such as vehicles. When you get your judgment you will then want to have the court issue a writ of execution and levy upon the vehicles.
