Hi my names nick and am 16 turning 17 tomoro and I need to know if it is legal for a sixteen year old guy to hold a local raffle draw I have no idea but know its an excellent way to raise money and want to go door knocking selling raffles and I'm not sure if its legal the purpose of my raffle will be to earn money to put into a savings account is this legal ?
