My belly button does not hurt and not pussing but there is a small piece of pink flesh sticking out of the bottom hole. What should I do??

If it is a recent piercing, it will fall off naturally. Otherwise, talk to your piercer. It is easier to diagnose in person.

I've had mine for 7 months. I have the same bit of flesh coming out of my bottom hole. Usually it takes 6 months to a year to heal so I'm not stressing it. But it does worry me a bit because it just doesn't look normal. But no pain and no puss. Would you consider 7 months recent?

What are you doing to clean your piercing, and how often do you clean it? Do you annoy it often by hitting it, playing with it or neglecting it? Having some flesh coming out of a hole doesn't seem normal. Have you had your belly piercing for 7 months?
