I have searched many sites and they all are different and according to the bible ( the one that didn't get changed) jesus didn't die due to crucification! One of the major premises of Christianity is that Jesus was resurrected after having died on the cross.

Okay, I'll bite. Which Bibles have been "changed," how have they been changed, and what's your proof? You've asked for proof about Jesus' death, so quid pro quo.

Read the gospel of john for accurate and medical proof of death. He gave up the ghost after far more torture and abuse(a full24 hours of it)than any normal man would have endured. By medical standards he should have passed much sooner. After they pierced his side, water and blood welled from the wound, proving that the platelets in the blood had been separated for some time.

Jesus died after horrific treatment at the hands of the Romans and the act of crucificion would have added the last stroke. Hanging on the cross Jesus would have been unable to draw breath properly and this would have hastened his death but literally he gave up, having completed his task.
He would have suffered significant blood loss and was suffering dehydration as well as having been pushed beyond the point of exhaustion, all of this is clear from scripture

This explanation might help you to put it in perspective

    He was crucified.

    Sure.

    Philippians 2:8
He humbled himself, becoming obedient unto death, even to the death of the cross.
Douay-Rheims Bible, Epistle Of Saint Paul To The Philippians Chapter 2

    Matt 27
[46] And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying: Eli, Eli, lamma sabacthani? That is, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? [47] And some that stood there and heard, said: This man calleth Elias. [48] And immediately one of them running took a sponge, and filled it with vinegar; and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink. [49] And the others said: Let be, let us see whether Elias will come to deliver him. [50] And Jesus again crying with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.
Douay-Rheims Bible, Gospel According to Saint Matthew Chapter 27

Do you need any further proof?

If any bible says that Jesus didn't died due to crucifixion, it is that bible which has been changed. The only religious book I know of which mentions Jesus is the Quran of the Muslims. And it is full of error.

Jesus died on the Cross, but was resurrected:
[11] For whether I, or they, so we preach, and so you have believed. [12] Now if Christ be preached, that he arose again from the dead, how do some among you say, that there is no resurrection of the dead? [13] But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then Christ is not risen again. [14] And if Christ be not risen again, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. [15] Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God: because we have given testimony against God, that he hath raised up Christ; whom he hath not raised up, if the dead rise not again.

[16] For if the dead rise not again, neither is Christ risen again. [17] And if Christ be not risen again, your faith is vain, for you are yet in your sins. [18] Then they also that are fallen asleep in Christ, are perished. [19] If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. [20] But now Christ is risen from the dead, the firstfruits of them that sleep:

    I hope that helps!

    Sincerely,

    De Maria
