Michigan law on probation violation
My husband had a stroke in "07" which left him with brain damage he is on Social Security Disability he was arrested in 08 for driving on his meds and giving 4 days in jail and probation also to attend classes the counslor at these classes dismissed him from class after just 2 visits because of his brain injury just this last March he stole a bottle of asprin from local store and was arrested for retail fraud in a different county he paid fines now the original county where he is on probation is charging him with probation violation what can we do, his brain injury affects his ability to act as a reasonable adult and make mature decisions please help
