It cranks
Crankshaft Position Sensor, coils, and the PCM (computer). The ignition control module fuction resides in the PCM on your car. Begin by removing and fully charging the battery. Most auto parts stores will do this for free. After that, check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

What engine do you have?
3lt, duel overhead cam. Everything checks out OK under hood and dash fuses
Does the Check Engine Light come on and then go off, when the ignition switch is turned to ON? Do you suspect there might be a problem with the ignition switch?
Check/replace the Crankshaft Position Sensor--these are notorious. This is what I bet is wrong.
