The fan will stop after aprox 5 - 10 minutes. The motor was replaced, same issue. Then the tech bypassed the defrost relay, same issue. Then he wired straight to the contactor with same issue.

Was a new capicitor installed matching the new motor?

Yes, I believe the old system had 1capicator to control both the compressor and fan. One was installed just for the fan. It kicks off but after a few minutes it will come back on for approx 5 - 10 minutes and stop turning again
