    Pool jets has low pressure
I have an inground pool. I noticed that the jets pressure back into the pool is very low and there's bubbles all over the pool. I have been running the pump for many hours after I have shocked the water which is green and normally it should be clearing by now, but it isn't. Please give me some ideas of what's going on with my pump/filter/system/whatever!
    Thanks.

Bubbles usually means a small hole in a intake pipe prior to the pump. Is you pool filled to its normal depth?

The bubbles would indicate a suction leak which could be, low water level in the pool, a bad pump lid "0" ring, a leaking shaft seal, or a leak in the suction line. The first thing to look at is your filter pressure. If it is lower than normal, you are not pumping as much water as usual. If it is higher than normal, you have a dirty filter. Algae will plug a filter faster than anything, and you will probably need to clean the filter several times while clearing up the water.
