Earliest would be about 8-10 days after ovulation... but for many women that is still too early. You could try a test a few days before your next period is due, but they are most accurate after you are already late for a period.

I started my period around 2 weeks after I had unprotected sex. After my period ended, I have felt not normal. And some symptoms seem to fit with being pregnant. I am hoping I am not pregnant but, want to know if I could be even when I started my period 2 weeks after I had sex.
