Hi I have a 3 ton heat pump that don't cool or heat at all air handler works air comes out from grilles compressor works fan works but there's no hot or cold air supplied .I check reversing valve high and low pressure swithches there okey. One I noticed though when I put my gauges the low side was at 15 psi and the high was at 145 psi need your help thanks bye.
