I have a 3 tons 13 seer that needs to be replaced. Can I replace it with a 3 tons 14 seer unit wthout changing anything else? Or do I need also to replace a blower to match, as well as the general electric circuitry?

No need to change blower as long as you stay with 3 ton,you will need to change evaporater coil and lineset if you are moving from r-22 to 410A refrigerant

Thank you for your answer. The reason I asked is several installers told me that moving from 13 seer to 14 seer, will need to change blower as well as the electrical lines/connectors what have you, going from the air conditioner to the blower/heater unit.
