Can a hospital sue a 16 yr old for unpaid medical bills?
I got in to a car accident when I was 16 and didn't have any medical coverage, the hospital sued me for the bill and now it's on my credit, which is not in good standing because of this case.

    Hello t:

No, You are a minor. You can't enter into a contract. Therefore, the hospital can't sue you based on what they think is a contract.

Go back to the court that issued the judgment, and file a motion to set it aside for the reasons I explained. Once that happens if it does, then challenge the item on your credit report with the three credit bureaus.

Excon is correct, but they can sue your parents or guardians. How did they provide medical care without a parent or guardian's signature?
