    Can a father put all assets on his 2 daughters name & omitt his son of 57 with a learning disability.

    It may depend on the country. In Ireland, no, he had to divide assets fairly between his children or his children's children.

    This is a legal question and has been moved to the correct forum. Whether a child is disabled or not has NO bearing on inheritance laws. Such laws vary by location, so without knowing, at least, what state you are in, there is no way to completely answer you.

    Some states allow disowning, others don't.

    The issue is that normally in a will the estate does not have to be given out evenin, they just can't leave one out ( not name them)
