I have a 2002 ram 1500. My air control switch does not work on low or medium, only on high. Can anyone tell me what's the problem. I receive cold air on high and the light is on showing the air is working but, the light is off when I set it for low or medium. Please help

Have you tried replacing the switch?

When you say "air control" are you referring to the speed control switch for the blower motor?

If the blower motor is only working on high, I would start with the resistor. It's a cheap fix and a common problem on a lot of vehicles.
