My partner and I have been trying to get pregnant for awhile now and I was having my period then it has stopped for about 3 and half months now. I have taken many home pregnancy test and all negative. So then I called my doctor and had a blood test done and still negative. But its been about 3 weeks since I had the blood test done. Could I get pregnant that fast after having the blood test done? What can I do to get pregnant?

If you ovulated in that time, then it is possible. Happens very quickly for some, takes quite some time for others.

Did your doctor discuss reasons for the lack of a period? If it is not the norm for you, that is something you might want to find out about. You may or may not be ovulating without having a period.

Having a regular cycle also allows you to get a better idea as to when you might be ovulating. Have frequent sex throughout your cycle, take care of yourselves (partner too), both of you make any lifestyle choices that you know would help you to be in the best of health, start on a prenatal vitamin... or at least on a folic acid supplement.
