I know of two people that are boyfriends and girlfriends (both cubans); living together; both are married to immigrants to help them with their papers in exchange of money they both have collected. Who can I report this too?

Well as a american I think we all need to be involved with the crimes people do just to do things the illegal way. And I think you didn't read it correctly the people are cuban that married other individuals to help with the papers in exchange of money these are two boyfriends and girlfriend (CUBANS) they are married to other people to help with papers that is wrong I'm sick and tired of that happening in this country. So it is my business as a tax payer I make anything my business that has to deal with people that do wrong. And if you can provide me with a answer don't ask no question because I need the answer not questions.
