    At sons bond hearing they brought up similar crimes from his juvenile record and denied him bond..

    Yes, even if his juvenile record is/was sealed, the Police can still access it.

    What is this crime and what is the past record?

    At bond hearings and at sentencing things that can not even be used in trial are allowed.
