Hi, we have replaced the regular recessed floods in our home office (4 of them on one circuit) with LED Dimmable bulbs. They are controlled by one dimmer switch and work just fine.
We decided to try them in my kitchen to see how they would look and they would only work on 2 of the 5 cans on that circuit. Those lights are controlled by 2 different switches. Each will turn them all on and off and one of the switches is a dimmer switch. Thinking the dimmer switch might be the culprit we swapped it out with a regular switch.
In order to cut power to the lights from the electrical panel we had to cut off 2 circuit breakers (don't know whether that is normal or has anything to do with this).
So, the question is, why would only 2 out of the 3 LEDs work in the ketchen when they all worked in the office and all of the incandescent bulbs work in the kitchen?
