So contact your old friends, and start going out in "real life" not online and make real friends

Perhaps you could get involved in the community in your new area, or go to a coffee morning, go around and introduce yourself to your neighbours. go to the local church, see if there are any fetes on the notice boards, join a library, enrol for an evening class at the local college, get a voluntary job in a charity shop, any of these places will get you mixing with other people and you will soon spark up new friendships.
