Hello mowerman. Hope all is well. I have a 20.5hp twinnII. It is having difficulty turning over. Does it have adjustable valves? They have never been adjusted. Model# 461777 Type 0137E1. If it does, where are they located and what are the clearance specs please. On my 18hp ohv mower they are in the front and easy to get to. Not sure about the 20.5. Should I start by eliminating starter and solenoid issues and how do I do that. By jumping across starter? The battery should be fine. Thanks for any help you can give me. Best regards, Lee
