You need connections and to be discovered.
Check your locality and see if there are any "open Mic" nights, but your age maybe against you for most of them.

Are there any other ways curlyben can I go to some one and sing for them or do I have to start like that

You have to sing ( and of course you should be taking voice lessons) But you have your parents contact places you may be able to sing , nursing homes, perhaps VFW or clubs like the Elks and start performing.

Also have someone video tape you performing so you can find ways to improve.

There is no "instant" way to be famous, and for some, you may never be more than well known locally. But you follow the dream
