I decided to ask something that has been bothering me for a long time. I'm 18 and NOT pregnant nor breastfeeding, etc. though my nipples are cracked and I don't know why. Also there are some little pimples around them, which is something that also bothers me! :-(
Can anyone help me please? Should I use some kind of specific cream or something? What should I do?

Are the "pimples" skin glands (Montgomery glands or areolar skin glands)? Pictures of normal nipples. The bumps on areola are Montgomery glands. Hair on nipples is normal, too. Links to resources about flat or inverted nipples.

Are you a runner? My nipples become chafed and cracked if I don't put bandages over them and under my bra when I run.

Try to keep them well moisturized. Try some vaseline or A and D ointment.
