Hot water not getting hot in one room
I have hot water in all rooms of my house except the kitchen. I have not had any work done recently and suddenly within the last few days the water at the kitchen sink will not get hot. I assume that my hot water tank is gas since it does have a pilot light.

If your pilot light you wouldn't have any hot water at all. This doesn't sound like your hot water heater. It sounds like a clogged cartridge in your kitchen faucet.
Try this. Shut the water off the faucet and open it up/ Remove then cartridge and check the inlet ports fro any blockage, Mow place a pan over the open faucet and turn the water back on to flush out the supplies. You should have a strong stream of hot water. If not click on back and tell me. Good luck, Tom
