Hi everybody!I have been taking white L-glutathione orally for the past 3 months.So far not much difference on my skin. Maybe I have been taking the wrong dosage. I only got to know recently that for my weight of 58Kg, I need to take about 2000-2300mg of glutathione with equal or double dosage of acid free vit c per day to be distributed into 3 sessions. However, I am not sure whether the brand I'm taking which is Enigma white is a geneuine or fake one. I could just be buying a fake glutathione all the while. So I really hope somebody from Manila,Philippines can help to advise me on buying the right brand which contains the most glutathione and where to get it.Mind you that I'm staying in Malaysia and my trip to Manila is purposely to simply purchase the right glutathione.I'm also having discomfort in my stomach when taking 2000mg of glutathione per day.It seems to produce all lot of gas.Does anybody know why?Please help...
