10 months ago new heat pumps were installed. The worked( cooled) great for 2 months. They have not ran sice. The installer says If I suck the heat out of the building the cooler will work. If I could do this I would first suck him out and then the cooler. If I could get rid of the hot air it only makes since that I would have no use for a cooler. Three total were installed and 2 still work great. One does not run at all. Please either tell me what to do or get me a repair person
