I tried warm wash/rinse to see if hot or cold would work, but still no (very little) water coming in. Not for wash and not for rinse.

Does it agitate? If so, you might have an obstruction in the pressure hose that comes up from the outside of tub into the control panel. Gain access to the outer tub, find silicone hose, pull it off the housing and look for gookus. Most of the time it's clogged right near the connection.
If it's clear, the pressure switch may be bad
