Hi I don't even know why I'm doing this but I guess I need some opinions from people.
I'am 16 years old yess I know many people would say I'am too young to have a serious relationship but I don't think so I hang out with people that are 20-25 years of age and they really think that I have a mentality of a man.
The girl who I love is 15 years she has a boyfriend for the past 2 years and I talk a lot to her. I can have any discution with her.When I started meeting her when she talked about her boyfriend she talked as if it was for all her life but as the time passed by she didn't talk the same way about her boyfriend.I don't have any problem talking with her about my feelings so she started telling me she had something for me that every time we spended time together she was in love with me but she still like her boyfriend. I told her the way that I felt and she was happy about it and she told me that she couldn't do anything right now that she couldn't leave her boyfriend because they spended so many special time together.

But now I don't know what to think my heart is going crazy I feel bad and I don't know what to do :( I know that she thinks about me she told me but should I keep on putting the effort and wait until its over with her boyfriend or should I just stop and stay good friends because now my feelings are intense and I know it's the same way for her every time she sees me HEELPP

OK. I sort of can relate to how you feel so, even though I'm only 13 I will try to help. I think if you really love her as much as it sounds like you do, to wait. I know a guy who is like 16 and is in love with a girl who is 13 and he has no chance with her but he keeps the effort up and tries to make her love him. I think you should keep going the way you are and eventually either she or her boyfriend, will do something. Either end it or make it more serious. If she doesn't end up with you in a while I'm sorry, but that's life. You've held up this long, don't stop here. Make it worth the while! Good luck!

If you are as mature as you think you are then you will realize that this girl has a boyfriend (whether she is happy or not) and is therefore off limits to you.
Guard your heart and the way to do that is to leave her alone. If she is miserable in her relationship and wants to be with you, she will. In the meantime it's her problem and her business, not yours.
Leave her alone.

You cannot make someone love you, and you don't entrench yourself in someone's life who is off limits to you in hopes that you will worm your way in.
Part of the maturing process is realizing that you cannot have everything you want. If someone belongs to another, that means it's off limits to you.
A 16 year old boy trying to make a 13 year old girl love him, is out of line. There are boundaries there he is trying to cross that he shouldn't. At 16 he ought to be looking at someone closer to his own age and leaving alone that which he has no business with. That is called growing up and being responsible.

Regardless of the age, you cannot make a person love you. "keeping up the effort" as you call it serves no purpose but to get on the other person's nerves. If a person does not want to be with you, leave them alone. If a person has another boyfriend, leave them alone.
