    Can I terminate rights
Im engaged to be married has to kids with my fiancé. During a breakup I cheated a child resulted from it. From day one the child mother has cause nothing but turmoil between me and my fiancé. Its to the point where physical altercations occurs. There no seeing eye to eye with them. I've never seen or been involved with the child. I simply don't want to lose my children or my fiancé over drama that needs to be resolved.

Then take it to court and get everything set up. The other child IS your child too. Are you paying child support? Have you discussed visitation?

So have no contact with the babies mother. If you don't want any child visits you don't have to ever see the child or visit. Just merely pay the court ordered payment.

There is no need to try and end any "rights" just don't go to court for any of them.

You can't terminate your rights. No court will allow it. You don't have to have anything to do with the child if you don't want to. But you do have a responsibility to support that child.
