My 1989 Honda civic starts in the morning with no problem but as the car sets in the hot sun all day about 8hrs, when I try to start my car it just sets their with the engine cranking over like it is suppose to but no start. Seems like I'm not getting any fuel to the engine. To start I will set their and crank the engine over for a few minutes then stop this will go on for about 10 minutes before the car finally decides to start. Any ideas on what is going on.

Replace the main relay, located just above the fuse box.
