My Lennox heat pump fan is making a buzzing sound, but isn't turning. I took off the panel cover and the 2 red LED lights are blinking. It's 88 degrees upstairs! Is there a reset button for the fan or something else I can do to fix this problem??

Probably the capacitor OR the motor OR both are shot. No reset will fix the motor if it is locked up.
