Children's services in that area do not follow up or communicate with other counties. We have wellness checks done on this child over & over & over again. We have people that live near her, watch the children when they are in the yard. It is not a matter of us not caring about this child. The child's custodial parent is the mother; seems like you didn't read the question very well. You have the situation totally turned around against me and not the person who is really the bad guy in the situation who is the mother. We just tried the other day to pick him up for visitation with his father & when we arrived she had left knowing we would be there to pick him up at the designated time. Oh and by the way excon, you do not have the legal experience from your first hand experience with the legal system through your own crimes to answer legal questions. Don't try to be a jail house lawyer. You Are Not Qualified. And by the way law enforcement in that area is the equivalent of the law enforcement in Mayberry;they don't want to get involved. We had to almost beg them, when we went to pick up my grandson, to file a report. There are steps being taken to have contempt of court charges against the mother for not only her anger issue but also for not following the visitation schedule or the mediator's advice who is qualified unlike you. Too bad you didn't drink the koolaid.
