I am 16 ,y sister is 14 my dad is moving into a retierment home in a few months and my mom just moved back into a crack house they have never really been there for me but when my dad leaves he is leaving me homeless I don't want to go into a group home or anywhere else I just want to live a normal life I want to know what I can do about this and what will happen to my parents and if I can get any money to help support myself someone please help

At your age (and a little bit depends on the State) you will become a ward of the State. Your father cannot simply walk off and leave you. Who pays the rent? Does he intend to simply leave you in an apartment?
