If you really have a great idea, I would suggest that you NOT contact Joy Mangano until you patent your idea... otherwise they can take your idea as their own and owe you nothing at all.

Please take care not to discuss your idea in a way that would reveal how it is made, since that would affect your ability to get a patent. One would usually use a nondisclosure agreement with a company to present an idea.
