In California we call strike three.. it means when you repeat the same offense for the third time, you will get maximum penalty for that. Be prepared for all of the following:

• Probation 3 to 5 years of Court or FORMAL Probation
• Fines & Fees A fine, including court fees and costs of $1800 to $2800
• Driver License Up to 3 years loss of California Driver License
• DUI School
• Jail Time 120 days minimum, in many counties it's 210 days and in some counties it's 365 days.
