Hi - Got a Frigidaire glet1142cso stacked washer/dryer and when it goes to the wash/agitate cycle, the agitator doesn't move. Makes a sound like it's getting power, like an electrical hum or whine, but no movement. Fills fine, drains fine, spins fine. Any ideas?

Me Again - I watched the washer as it ran through a cycle, let it fill. When it goes into the wash cycle, both the agitator and drum kind of lock up. They look like they want to move for maybe a quarter of a second, then lock right up and the electrical sound of something wanting to run and not being able to is pretty loud. Don't know if this helps but thought I'd mention it.
