Sir I wanted to ask that in case a persons expenditurs are barely being met by their means how is zakat distributed upon his wealth then?
In case one has gold then I understand zakat on that gold will have to be given
But about their income if it only equals their expenditures what then/

My question is regarding zakat ; I am a business man deals in fresh food items.
As it happens in business party becomes defalt(unabele to pay your money)
One of my party who has to give me payment for goods I sold to him is in poor condiction.I offier him my help but he refuzes .and said one day I will pay .from past 5 years I go to his shop and ans is same but he is not in a poistion to pay as I see it myself. Now I have mall (zakat money) which I have to give some one who deserives it .CAN I GIVE IT TO HIM WITH OUT KNOWING HIM means iwill deduct/close his a/c from my books .

How I should calculate the Zakat for my two houses which are given to rent. Should I calculate from the rent amount/year or from the total value of the house and how?

Addiational House above one ( Rented / unrented)

Certified Dimond Having sale value

Commercial / Residential Land

Money Invested In shares / Mutual Funds

Money Invested In any company Where I am the Director

Profit Reserve in the company where I am one of the partner and Managing The Company
