My sister lives in Alabama she is married with two children isn't happy the marriage isn't working, her husband isn't working doesn't support the family in anyway. She wants to move back to Maryland and start over with her children can she leave with the children or not he told her she wasn't taking the kids anywhere.

This is a legal question and I have asked that it be moved. Your sister and her husband have equal rights to the children and she can take them anywhere she wants. He can then take her to Court to get them returned - and he probably won't prevail if she has a job, housing, a better life for the children somewhere else.

He can also go to Court and file for a separation or divorce, asking that she be prohibited from moving the children. At this point that request would be granted.
