It has no power on take off or going up hill.

. Remove all plugs and test each cylinder's compression--dry and wet.

. Replace spark plugs with the same Motorcraft plugs that came in the truck.

. Replace distributor cap, rotor, plug wires, and Ignition Control Module, if the problem persists.
