My husband and I are divorcing and he is expecting a Social Security Disability lump payment. He has been on Workmen's Comp for the past 10 years. Am I entitled to a part of that SS payment or can I put a lien on it.

You can try. Worst thing that can happen is that the court declines is. Talk to your lawyer.
