I have been working on cleaning out an old storage building for my grandparents and we have come across some items that we are not sure of value wise. I have some Confederate money, military payment certificates, Italian dollars as well as a United States One Dollar bill that is dated August 1862.

I have no idea where or how to start on this, any help would be greatly appreciated.
