I filed bankruptcy in 03 in ny, can I do it again now

If you filed in 03 why would you need to file again? The bankruptcy laws were changed in 05, so you will proabley need to talk to a bk attorney. Now you have to pass a means test to see if you qualify for chapter 7 or 13 and you are also required to take a counseling class.
