I do not know where to begin... a few months ago, I decided to meditate. I also changed my diet, removed myself from negativity (news, people, etc). My goal was to become more spiritually grounded with the Universe. In the midst of this transformation, many things leaves me dazed, confused and lost. For example, daily synchronicities, "real-like" dreams; waking up at the same time; seeing repeated numbers on license plates, clocks and billboards; often time speaking things into existence; constant ringing in the right ear; feeling spirits around me and hearing an inner voice.

I frequent the bookstore and surf the Internet; however, I currently feel overwhelmed with the sudden changes and am unable to put the pieces of the puzzle together.

Any information given would be greatly appreciated.

If this is the result of meditation I'd stop it. And what changes did you make in your diet? Include any mushrooms?

You said you speak things into existence. Would you elaborate on that please?

Seeing repeating numbers is not too uncommon since we are surrounded with numbers all day, everywhere we go.

Ringing in the ears you should see a doctor for sure. And while you 're there tell him about some of these other things. A doctor may help on those also.

Don't be overwhelmed. Schedule an appointment with your doctor and get a checkup . Make sure it isn't physical.

Be careful what you wish for.

So, you made the changes and now you are surprised that things are shifting?

I hear this all too much from new students. Sorry to tell you, but this is just the beginning. Are you doing this on your own or do you have guidance? Was it a book you read that prompted you to do this? PLEASE slow down... it is a process not an event! If you are interested in being more grounded with the Universe, I suggest you first learn how to ground. There is a wonderful children's book that teaches just that. I believe it's called The Well Grounded Tree. The following site gives you a simple but efficient grounding techninique: Spiritual Grounding & Protection.

Don't be in a hurry and be sure to be gentle with yourself... you are the only you you have.

I agree. To the OP, you are probably experiencing something which a doctor can diagnose. Please don't be scared thinking there are unknown
Evil spirits or druids or whatever someone else makes you think. I promise you, the only evil spirit in this world is Satan. He isn't going to reveal himself by showing you repeated numbers or anything else.

Don't be fooled. What is going on with you can and will be explained by a certified doctor. Pull yourself together and know God watches over you. Blessings.


Just to add something. I saw stars once when I walked into a door I though opened automatically. Wonder what that means?
