I have a second question on probation. Is it possible to obtain permission for him to leave if I bring him back for his monthly visits? Some months he just calls in. He has been compliant and is taking the required coarses. The cost of the drug classes and probation are barely covered by his dissability check. They tried to apply for government assistance today and were denied because my daughter doesn't make enough to cover rent on her own and if they use my income, she doesn't qualify.

No. They want to be able to arrest him if they so choose. They can't if he's not in the jurisdiction. Did I send you my transfer of probation thingy? If not, it's at the top of the criminal law page on a sticky note.
